Beverage preparation

The production begins with automated packaging treatment.
Cans and bottles pass through cleaning and disinfection systems before bottling. Raw materials are added with precision and in line with previously defined recipes, while bottling takes place with an electronically monitored control of volume, temperature and sterility.

Carefully prepared syrups undergo pasteurization, which ensures health safety of the product.

After bottling, products are labelled and subjected to X-ray and visual control processes, before finally being packaged into the required formats. The packages are then stacked onto pallets, which are automatically transported to the storage facility, ready to be distributed.

With minimal manual labour and the highest possible precision, our automated production process guarantees quality and reliability at every step – from the first drop to the final shelved product.
